Off-Campus

RightNow Media and the Tennessee Electronic Library (TEL) are available for alumni to use off-campus.

RightNow Media: The "Netflix of video Bible studies" is a huge library of faith-based videos that you can access whenever and wherever you want—on your phone, iPad, computer, or at home on your TV. RightNow Media has videos for everyone—kids, youth, parents, married couples, college students, single adults, working professionals—all aimed at helping you grow.

Tennessee Residents: You have free access to any resource and database included in the Tennessee Electronic Library (TEL). TEL resources are available anywhere there is an internet connection. Click here for more information regarding TEL access.

Out-of-State Alumni: See the attached list below for databases available state by state. For example, Tennessee residents with a Tennessee IP address have access to the Tennessee Electronic Library (TEL). See what your state has available in the PDF document below.

Open Access

Open access resources are free to read on the open internet. They allow anyone to read and research, for free, from anywhere.

• Open Access Databases
• Search for articles, journals and repositories through the Directory of Open Access Journals and OpenDOAR.
• Open Access Books
• Bible Study Resources compiled by Kevin Woodruff, M.Div, MS
• On each of our subject guides, there is a section titled "Open Access Resources" with subject specific resources.

The Bryan College Library carries over 500,000 items including books, eBooks, DVDs, streaming videos, and periodicals.

Alumni able to come to main campus may:

• Borrow books, generally for 2 weeks
• Borrow DVDs, generally for 3 days
• Request books and articles through Interlibrary Loan (ILL), for $3 per book request & no charge for article requests

The library is closed from 10:00am-11:00am every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during regular semester hours.
