Library Services

Pricing:
  • Free, but you must have a community patron library card and matching photo ID to check out materials.
  • If you do not have a library card, you can fill out the form online here, or you can fill out the form in person (must have a valid form of photo ID).
What we need from you:
  • Community members are welcome in the library between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.
  • If you would like the items ready when you arrive, please call (423) 775-7307 or email Library@bryan.edu to let us know the title of the book(s) (limit 5 at a time) or DVD(s) (limit 2 at a time) you would like to check out. Please contact us at least 2 hours ahead of the time you would like to pick the item(s) up so that we have plenty of time to get it/them for you.
  • To save time or perhaps a trip, you can check to see if we have the item available by searching for it in our online catalog.
  • When you arrive at the library, please call (423) 775-7307 to let us know you are here (as the doors remain locked).
  • PLEASE REMEMBER YOUR PHOTO ID (a photo ID is required of all community members to check-out items from the library).

  • Letter 8.5x11 (B&W/Color) - 10¢/20¢
  • Legal 8.5x14 (B&W/Color) - 10¢/20¢
  • Ledger 11x17 (B&W/Color) - 20¢/40¢
  • Note: we can only accept cash or check
What we need from you:
  • Call (423) 775-7307 or email Library@bryan.edu to let us know you need curbside printing service and arrange a time to come (must be within posted curbside service hours).

If you send it as an email attachment:

  • Email what you need printed as an attachment to Library@bryan.edu.
  • In your email, please include information about how many copies you need, if you need black & white or color, on what size paper you want your copies made, and when you would like the printed items.
  • When you arrive at the library, call (423) 775-7307 to let us know you are here (as the doors remain locked).

If you bring a flash drive:

  • Bring your flash drive with you to the library with the items saved to it. 
  • When you arrive at the library, call (423) 775-7307 to let us know you are here (as the doors remain locked).
  • A library staff member will help you in printing your items.

  • Bring your item(s) to the library between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.
  • A library staff member will make copies for you, you will need to know how many copies you need, whether you need black & white or color copies, size, and any other special instructions.
  • Call (423) 775-7307 to let us know you are here (as the doors remain locked).
Pricing:
  • Full sheet (8.75x11.25) - 75¢ 
  • Half Sheet (6x9) - 45¢ 
  • Index Card (3.5x5.5) - 35¢ 
  • License (2 3/8 x 3 5/8) - 25¢ 
  • Note: we can only accept cash or check
What we need from you:
  • Come to the library between 8:00am and 5:00pm with the item(s) that you need laminated. 
  • The small laminator takes 5 minutes to preheat.
  • When you arrive at the library, call (423) 775-7307 to let us know you are here (as the doors remain locked).
  • A member of the library staff will be willing to laminate the items for you.
  • If you have any questions, please call (423) 775-7307 or email Library@bryan.edu.

  • Free, but you must provide the paper
What we need from you:
  • Come to the library between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm with paper.
  • When you arrive at the library, call (423) 775-7307 to let us know you are here (as the doors will remain locked).
  • A member of the library staff will be willing to help you with the die cut machine.
