You may create a profile (located on the top left side of the homepage, above the search box), but it is not required to use the site.

You can open the course to view information about what resources are available. Then, click on "log in" in the top right corner. If you do not have an account yet, there is an option to "register here" near the log in button. The A&P for Nurses course will appear at the top of the screen after you have logged in (it will look like the picture below).
